Replacing Instrument Panel (Cluster) Lens Only

Hi all,

I have some cracks in the lens of my instrument panel/cluster. Online, I'm not finding any replacements for the lens itself, but only for the entire panel/cluster. I'm finding Mopar stuff for $80 and eBay stuff for $50. Not having any luck on car-part.com. Anyone know where I can get just the lens?

As RockyMtnTJ posted above; the lens is available, but $85-105 IF you can order it from the dealer.
On eBay it's available, but about the same price.
Have you tried to fix the cracks ?

Crummy photo, but you can see the thin cracks at the bottom. Can’t even feel them when I run my finger over them.

Edit: Removed it, and took better photo inside.

Looks like stress cracks possibly caused by heating and cooling.
I suspect that if you fixed them; more would appear in other areas.

IF you can find an instrument cluster from a XJ it would work since the clusters for the 97-01 XJ and the 97-06 TJ are almost identical. The lens can be removed by lifting the tabs gently. I would suggest you warm up the cluster in the sun so that you decrease the chances of cracking the lens tabs.
