Initially, I thought the cause of my problem would be a bad fuel pump or a regulator valve. I dropped the tank and discovered the return vent hose had a broken T. I replaced the T and hoses, and it now starts the first time I crank it over. Hopefully, this may help someone with a similar issue or encourage them to inspect lines carefully. Saved me the cost of a new fuel pump. Dropping the tank (empty) was not a complicated process. In and out in less than 2 hours, including cleaning the tank up a bit.
