Interesting Thread...but depressing too. I know my Jeep is probably similar to yours, so, I have that ahead of me. Actually, I'll drive it a bit, probably sell it while its still solid, and go bring one home from AZ.

I do think it's funny when you all talk about $$ for cars though
Considering you own jeeps.....
Besides, most people who spend 40k on a vehicle won't have it in 5 years anyway...they don't care if it rusts. That's for the "next guy" to worry about.

Buckle up young bucks, you still have years to go. I'm 67, still crawl under my Jeep and try to do as much work as I can. After a day of crawling, kneeling, cussing and bleeding I'm ready for a hot shower. Everything aches and I'm probably due for another carpal tunnel release. I keep the chiropractor busy and am thankful I can still do much of my own work.
