Revolution 5.13 gear set

I am trying to determine if this is the correct Revolution Gear set for an LJ with a Dana 44 rear and a 96 XJ HP Dana 30 swapped into the front. I was thrown off by the description stating the Dana 30 spline count was 24.

It doesn’t include spider gears so it can’t determine spline count.

All I see is the pinion spline count, not the axle shaft spline count.
It also appears that that is the thin ring gear for the Dana 44. If your current carrier is 3.73 or lower, you need a new carrier.

Thank you very much. I appears that is not the kit I am looking for. I do have 3.73's in the back. The front is 3.55's so it will definitely need a new carrier. I will search again.

Revolution, and other gear mfgs., do make a thick ring gear for the Dana 44 that will fit the 3.73 carrier. I believe It's the same as the one for the Rubicon D44s.

Yes RGA part number is the same but with TD added to the thick gears.

Be careful though ordering for the HP30. Last time I checked they don't make thick cut gears in reverse rotation. Get the correct carrier. In my case I had a brand new ARB that was for 3:54 and down. I had to buy a new case for it for the deeper gears.

And in your post, the 24 spline count was for the pinion, not axle shafts. Also, if your LJ is a Rubicon, buy accordingly.
