I hate to sound like the "old man, get off my lawn crew" but is that what Sahara/Rubi flares go for in AZ?

Not sure about Rubicon flares because they rarely come up for sale. Sahara flares are usually about $200-$250 in good condition. Guessing they are hard to find in certain colors and in good condition.
