@JMT, how many TJ owners do you know that doesn't have some sort of OCD about their Jeeps, huh? Lol!
Go take photos of your crack already. Google apparently has zero search results for images of a 1/2" body lift on a TJ, haha.
Gonna degrease and pressure wash the crack today so I can mask off and shoot some black in there, then I'll take some pics for ya. Prepare your puke bowl for the upcoming hideousness, ness.
It really doesn't look that bad, and as an added bonus, I may now have enough clearance from my rear bumper to mount my 33" spare that's been sitting in storage for the past year.
yeah I guess I'm lucky bc the black/black isn't that noticeable, especially if I paint it in the future. and get a new bumper... we'll seeAdmittedly, on a black TJ with a black bumper, it doesn’t look too bad!
LOL did you spray paint that brown poop “rust” off your mint tj yet??
Keep the poopy stain, it really completes the picture.I’m doing it once I put the new bumper on.
What crack? That's just improved ventilation to help keep frame rust at bay. Sheesh...
Sooooo not touching that...I like your crack dude.
I went all out w the 1.25" and it doesn't look too bad. I'll post some pics laterOh, I don't mind that at all. It's got some crack, but it doesn't look that bad in all honesty.
I think the 1" and up is where it starts looking even worse.
At last! Finally, I get to see some crack other than my crack. It's a small crack. I usually don't say this, but "It looks good!"
