Savvy off-road sold? (the unofficial Savvy customer support and Savvy rant thread)

At this point why not just pull the fenders entirely and cut the hood , use hood pins for hold down.
This fender is for folks who don't drive on mud or snow covered roads .

I used my highline fenders to help hold the grill and radiator in place. 😉

Well I should have known better to deal with Savvy. Ordered the adjustable control arm set last Friday and received this today.

Hmm, what's wrong with the picture? No F'n arms or hardware, no nothing. Tried calling nothing. Sent an email so I'll see if they respond to that. Next step will be the CC company to dispute the charges. Not to happy right now. Even if they send a sticker I'm going to burn it

Does your shipment include multiple boxes and the other box just hasn't arrived yet?

If I recall correctly, when I picked up my mid-arm kit the Johnny Joints were in one box, the arms in another and the trusses, brackets and hardware in a third. If they shipped the JJs, arms and hardware in one box that'd be a heavy box.

I figured it would be in a couple of boxes. I would think they would list the number of boxes or if it's going to be two separate shipments.

Not that I'm going to be putting them in this weekend, it's 22 deg. (F) right now.

If you created a sign in you can send a message through the customer portal. Not sure if you tried that. Also good time on the arm. They just raised the price. Still the same discounted price, they just raised original sale price.

I received a text from (949) 677-2253 telling me my order update.

Well I looks like it's Fedex that has F'd up. As @RockyTopTJ said was it multiple packages and it looks like it was.

I received an email saying the package was delivered, the picture is not my house. Finally after 40 minutes on the phone with Fedex the package was delivered to an address in Concord, MA which is 45 minutes east of were I live. Who knows when I'm going to get it and hopefully it's the right parts. :(

FedEx strikes again! Sorry you’re dealing with that.

If savvy wants to have customer service. They should file a claim with FedEx and send you out a replacement order. FedEx can pay them. Not fair to make the customer wait.

Has anyone gotten their savvy skid with no bushings ? I contacted them and I'll wait&see what they'll say,it wouldn't be a problem If I'd need to install them myself but I didn't even get any bushings for me to even press in 🙃

URGENT EDIT-
I got them in so probably just an honest mistake,I saw only 2 tracking numbers on my order number so i freaked out a bit when i didnt see em when i got my packages. Gerald shipped them out 😁
Sent them an email but i woulda liked a response but what better than a response than the needed physical items in my hands 😉!
