This would IMHO be the best off both-worlds. The classic TJ look, but a JK drivetrain.
I can tell you from having owned both, I like them both in their own respective ways. The JK though is undoubtedly the better driver and far more comfortable too. However, it will never have the classic TJ looks.
and some people like the comfort of a jk with a lj body ya know
Totally agree, and the LJ is the perfect length to adapt to the newer, longer wranglers. I’m excited to see it come together!
How would it be any more comfortable? An LJ can be made to be very comfortable if desired.
There are several TJ’s/LJ’s bodies with JK interiors on JK frames out there? The further I go, the less complexity I want; it's also been done before, several times. I'll give this a solid "Eh, whatevs.'
This is revolutionary to me lol. I love it and would take one if they plan on making customer builds, but that’s essemtially buying 2 Jeeps. Gonna cost a fortune, but so damn cool. There are several TJ’s/LJ’s bodies with JK interiors on JK frames out there?
Right, I think it could still be cool to just swap the body and all the TJ/LJ stuff over to just use the JK frame and suspension. This is revolutionary to me lol.
