Should I buy this TJ?

I m a newbie in TJ, but always wanted a TJ. The one I m inquiring is 2000 TJ Sports with 110000 miles and 6.5" lift.
Test drove and engine is great.
Little rear seal leak, saw some oil spots on rear gear, fenders need work, parking brake is not working. But my biggest concern is car sways(rolls) when driving. I think Front suspension needs big time work. Please see the photos and your advice/thoughts would be highly appreciated. Cost is around 6K.

Also, there is no rust on the floor panel, but there is nothing below the panel and the ground can be seen through the drain hole.

The frame has been repaired with caps, and its generally pretty crusty looking under there. One of the body mounts looks rotten. Its normal to be able to see the ground with the plugs out of the floor. I would not buy a rusty Jeep or one that has frame repairs but I live in a mostly rust free area.

They are asking $6k?

Can you work on it? If not this thing will be a money pit.

I am willing to spend to restore, but I can only do cosmetic jobs. I would need to hand it over to jeep specialist.

No, keep looking. Also keep in mind the NE weather is hard on a Jeep so don’t be afraid to travel a little bit so you aren’t getting a rust bucket.

Tie rod is bent , torque box is rotted out, it has frame caps, dropped pitman arm, …

This is where the rust belt guys jump in and say it doesn't look bad..im a rust snob and wouldn't touch that jeep

Too many problems to address....
You do not want to get involved with that Jeep.
THIS WILL BE A MONEY PIT.....
