You didn't jump a tooth, those lines will match up if they are rotated. A jumped tooth looks very different. You have one mark left of center and one right of center. If you jump a tooth both will be left or right of center. If you play with your old timing chain you'll see what I mean.
For reference...after a LOT of searching...the cam bolt pin is .248 inches in diameter and .834 long. It should extend about an 1/8" beyond the cam.

From what I can tell from the pic, he has the crank at TDC
The crankshaft keyway is at 12:00 on the ones I've seen when at TDC.How can you tell that?
Definitely replace the pulley. And, if you go into the oil pan, consider replacing the oil pump. Melling makes two versions, a standard and a high volume. Just use the standard pump.
