Should I replace my crankshaft pulley?

Thinking I should replace this...thoughts?

Are you really asking? I thought this was called a harmonic balancer, and the rubber section is wasted from what I can see, so yes I’d replace it.
 
New Melling installed...discovered a couple of things...one...the snubber, tensioner was completely missing. Two...the thrust pin is missing...I can see a couple of places to buy it...anyone know the OD and length and I will fabricoble one up?

For reference...after a LOT of searching...the cam bolt pin is .248 inches in diameter and .834 long. It should extend about an 1/8" beyond the cam.

Gets worse...looks like the loose timinychain jumped a tooth...new Melling set going in now...

You didn't jump a tooth, those lines will match up if they are rotated. A jumped tooth looks very different. You have one mark left of center and one right of center. If you jump a tooth both will be left or right of center. If you play with your old timing chain you'll see what I mean.

From what I can tell from the pic, he has the crank at TDC and the marks don't line up. If he lines them up, the crank will no longer be at TDC.

Wonder if the old one is rolling around in the oil pan?

I'd replace the damper while you have it apart. If the rubber goes, the pulley will start to wobble and eat into the timing cover.
 
If you're gonna get a crank pulley, why not order a cam bolt instead of making a new pin? I'd feel much better replacing it.

It was and I was a nudge off in the picture.

Ran around town looking for a pin and ended up making one. Mopar discontinued them in 2013 and the only place that sells them wants $15 and $35 in shipping and it might be here in 2-3 weeks.

Replaced a lot of stuff...timing chain...water pump... dampner...thermostat gasket...fan clutch (original was siezed.) Replaced the steering box with a redhead. Found a part number for the radiator and discovered it's not Mopar and was probably replaced in 2017.

Rebuilt transmission goes in tomorrow... Amazon screwed me and the Luk clutch doesn't arrive until Friday...I need to be at a trailhead at 8:30 AM on Friday morning for a weekend of trail maintenance and crosscut sawing. 3.5 hr mostly freeway driving. Last 40 miles on questionable dirt roads.

I put a new clutch in 6 months ago...so not terribly concerned.

Definitely replace the pulley. And, if you go into the oil pan, consider replacing the oil pump. Melling makes two versions, a standard and a high volume. Just use the standard pump.

Good call...I already replaced the oil pump with a Melling on lap 1...lap 2 was a failure (honestly think I put the upper seal on backwards).

Going for round three if I get the transmission in quick enough in today.
