Show off your aftermarket wheels!

Those look like the stock Ravine wheels I have on my '98 Sport. I think they are called Ravine. I still Have all of the rivets.View attachment 546943

I have never been a fan of faux rivets, about 1/3 of the remaining ones fell off when I washed it for the first time after I bought it, they are all gone now. I want to clean and polish the wheels to get rid of the marks they left, as I doubt there are replacements available, and at that point maybe it just get different wheels. They have grown a lot on me though, and I kinda wish they had held up!

I understand. I didn't love them but I do now. I have a set of 2018 JLUR 17" wheels I have sitting in my garage I was going to put on the TJ but I would rather slap a set of the 16" MOAB 5 star in Gunmetal. I need to get those 17" Rubicon wheels out of the garage.

These are not Ravines... they are either Gamblers, or imitation Gamblers. Ravines are a 5 spoke with a raised bump on each spoke next to the hoop.

Cannot remember the name but I did find this. This is the wheel I have.

Wheel Part Number: 9007
1991-1999 Jeep Wrangler

Size: 15" x 8", 5 Lug, 4.5" Bolt Pattern
Finish: Brushed Aluminum
OE: 52088157, 52007398
Description: Used 5 Hole Factory Alloy Rim

I originally bought them on Craigslist in 2017 to put on my Sahara, because they were already wrapped in almost new 32" KO2s. At the time I was into the gunmetal thing but I had the foresight not to do anything irreversible and just used plastidip.

Ultra 51 15x8 5.25 backspacing
32"x11.5" tires

For the LJ I liked the original machined finish so I stripped the plastidip. Added 1.25" spacers to clear the 35x12.5

The original center caps were so long they stuck out past the rim, I replaced with some shorter ones from procomp after destroying one on a rock.

I have been religious in doing 5 tire rotations every 5k though... so there's that...

I definitely don't do that. Maybe I should start if that's making that big of a difference... I've also fixed some steering issues that murdered my last front pair in like 5-10k so fingers crossed!!!!

those are so pretty I would feel guilty taking them on the trail and scratching them up.

Thanks! They're a little more chewed up now than in that pic when they were brand new, but not too badly. I honestly don't love them, but they were one of the only 15x7 wheels I could find with backspacing of 4.25 - 4.5", which is what I wanted to stick with. With a narrower tire, I don't need an 8" wheel, and I'm not a fan of wheels that stick out from either a functional (scrub radius, wear on ball joints, etc.) or aesthetic perspective.

100% agree. 33x10.5 with a track width that matches the flares is IMO the aesthetically ideal tire size for a TJ. Your scrub radius is effectively identical to a stock Rubicon, I bet it drives fantastic.
