This was delightful with steamed clams, a little sour at first and then sweet just like a real icy cold snow cone.

Cracked a bottle of Glenlivet 12 year while I cook some brats. First Scotch I've ever bought. Very fruity tasting for a brown. A little disappointed as my neighbor spoke real highly of it. Still very drinkable though.

If you want away from the fruity go for an islay scotch like Ardbeg. Peaty mossy flavor, great if you like cigars.

I fixed my uncles computer and he knows I like whiskey, he doesn't. Handed me this unopened bottle of Canadian Club from 1974. Said he had no idea if it was still good.

I don't drink a lot of expensive whiskey, but this was the best I've ever had. Very smooth, no bite.

My grandma drank a dram or two of CC every evening. It's not my thing, but I think you could do a lot worse for blended whisky!
