It was probably in the high 80's to low 90's. We camped next to the creek so we cooled off in it quite a bit.How hot was it on the trail? It's stupid hot down here!

No we went all the way through, but it was painful to think how long it would take to drag that LJ up the obstacle, he snapped his rear pinion off, broke his driver side axle (not the stub), and destroyed a ball joint winching up the hill.Sounds like Winch Hill is no joke! So, you guys turned around before this obstacle?

On the way home I heard something fall from under the jeep. Turns out the guy who checked torque on all the bolts missed the TB (me). I'm happy I heard the noise and the TB didn't come loose on Ellis pass.

I too was #4 it wasn’t an easy obstacle without front and rear lockers @Plumber1 and I both went high on the rock face on the left, once the Taco got passed the step he couldn’t fit pass the tree so he winched around right there.I was the only one that made it up without winching but I was also 4th to try, so lots of rocks were already stacked. If you ask @midnightljr though he will say with a better spotter he would have made it up
Someone I'm sure has a photo but we were going far left and it looks like you guys went far right.
Very keen observation. It sure was loose also. I tightened them both on the road.Looks like the bolt for your ram is loose also, unless it’s just the angle of the picture.

Well guess we all need to run DV now, meanwhile back at the ranch we were all throwing 8-1/2 pages of monkey shit at each other on this;

So you’re saying even monkey shit is worth face value.I was entertained though, so it had some small amount of value, lol!
Great video!
