My 06 TJ is bone stock and even has the stock size all seasons on it. Recently, I changed out both track bar bushes, all sway bar bushes, tie rod ends, drag links, sway bar end links, driveshaft u-joints, struts (relatively recently), engine and transmission mounts and probably some other stuff that I'm not remembering. I feel like I need to be careful how I phrase this... My Jeep drives great, but I noticed today when passing on a two lane highway that at abnormally high speeds when I let off the gas there is a very slight vibration I can feel through the steering wheel and my seat. It's almost not noticeable and I think it's been happening ever since I bought the Jeep but I just happened to pay more attention to it today. After my speed drops below 90 or I get back on the gas it goes away. (yes, I know this is fast for a TJ and they handle differently at those speeds than modern vehicles etc. )

Considering TJs are by no means high speed vehicles and my Wrangler is stock with all the front end stuff addressed except for ball joints, is this just normal? Or do I maybe have an issue somewhere?

A vibration on the steering wheel and on the seat have usually different causes. The former is commonly related to tires/tire balancing while the latter could be attributed to suspension components. That being said, speeds >90mph even in a stock TJ are indeed considered fast and could cause slight vibrations. It's a ~20yrs old truck-based suspension vehicle after all...

That's what I was thinking. It's not a big deal at all, I just wasn't sure if it would be indicative of an upcoming issue.
