Snapped Body Mount Bolt

I snapped the bolt on the rearmost driver side body mount. It was the last one on that side, so I lifted the body up and tried to get it out with lots of penetrating oil and channel locks.
3 questions:
Any Ideas on how to get it out?
What size do I replace it with?
How important is it that I replace it? In other words, will I break anything, or will it just be noisy?

I'll only be on roads for a while.

The one at the bumper? If you pull the fender liner, you can cut a little access hole to get at it. Both my rear most ones broke, and I just replaced them with new hardware.

I had to drill one out and re-tap the hole. It took about an hour and had to sharpen the drill bit multiple times.

I have one mid body that snapped, left it with out issue, but on the bumper might be a different story.
