Snow in Athens, Greece

Something that we don't see so often here in Athens, Greece. Lots of snow, that left many people stranded for hours (that's the sad part).

But it's beautiful to see, and a chance to have some fun if you have a Jeep

Indeed not a common scene at all here. I leave in the southern part of the city which is near the coast that gets to see snow even less often. However, here is a scene I hadn't seen before. Snow-covered sand on one of Athens' beaches as seen from my terrace.
