Hi all. So, i got the 2,300 for a stronger gearing set up to match my 35 inch wheels. Is it doable? What i want: is a stronger axel setup that wont break the bank using existing dana 35 and dana 30. What i dont want: is swaping diffs with 8.8 or spending 10k on a currie or any other setup. The 4.56 gears is in mind and im pretty solid on that. Im hoping that most ring gear brand bolt holes will match the locker of choice i have in mind. There are choices with short pinion or regular does this matter with standard 97 dana 35? Any advice would be helpful to ensure smooth ftment with no hangups... Would a case spreader be hepful? Here some images of the products in mind.

2nd revolution on the axle Shafts.
The rear auto locker is questionable depending on what you plan to do. Nothing like pulling into a parking lot and having the rear locker pushing you straight while the wheels are turned.
I can recommend a front spartan auto locker as they can eat. I ran one around Arizona for years and it worked better then when I only ran a rear.
You may already have a front locker. Maybe you just want full lock up front and rear and that’s why you got a rear on it. What’s the front got?

I plan to go down the super 35 route eventually myself. I plan to use the Revolution kit when that time comes as they are highly regarded by many on here. Have you cross shopped Revolution?

X2 on Revolution shafts and gears and I'd highly suggest Eaton e-lockers.

I'm assuming with your 4.56 choice you have the 32RH?

I have given revoulution serious thought myself.

This would be they way to go.......

The front is going to get a upgraded carrier to handle the 4.56 gearing. 30 spline lunchbox with rcv's a little later.
