Nice looking parts! Adding to my wish list.
Just out of curiosity, did you consider 7075 vs 6061? Not sure if it matters in this application just curious of your thoughts.

It is the age old issue of asking the right question. In this case, the question is not whether 7075 is stronger because it is, but is the selected alloy strong enough and in this case that is also a yes. The increase in strength that 7075 has comes with a much higher cost that isn't always justified. It also isn't as readily available in the common sizes we need.

These should be readily available anytime for the foreseeable future.

I wish I could buy just one. Maybe that’s dumb, but I’ve usually just run a single recovery point on the front bumper.

They come off the machine as pairs. If I end up with an odd number I will let you know. I am not interested in breaking up a set right now.

And I was thinking grab a pair, one for me and one for one of my offspring 😉

I’ve got two offspring with Jeep’s, so that’s three. 🤣

I just re-painted and installed a recovery hook and retainer, but it’s too ugly to post a pic of it on here. At least it will get the job done till I can get to this.

I also have two offspring with Jeeps and a wife with one. So everyone doesn’t get one.
Actually i like my factory tow geeks on the LJ but these are sweet.
