Soft top frame repair, top suggestions?

My 04 came with a soft top frame. Upon inspection one of the wide straps has pulled out of the rivets. The strap itself is just falling apart. Has anyone replaced these?
I also need the 4 screws that attach the frame.
Does anybody have experience with the quadratec replacement tops?

I’ve got a Quadratec soft top. I’ve had no issue. I did add some pipe insulation on the frame above my head that gets a Velcro flap, it stopped the excess flapping

Use the existing as a template to cut to size.

Screws, I installed my DIY version last sept, so if the straps survive the summer sun and constant up/down I’ll probably do rivets before I leave the top up for the winter.
