Something loose in catalytic converter?

2005 Jeep 4.0L 65k miles.

I attached a video of it. I can’t tell if it’s just vibrations or if it’s something else. Really only started happening after a 1 hour drive to the beach. When I’m driving I feel like I also hear it but that could just be me overthinking.

Yes it is if you like exhaust to come out the tailpipe.

At the minimum get it checked.

Sounds like the exhaust rattling on the cross member due to a bad exhaust hanger rubber bushing or transmission mount.

I will. It only happens after the car has warmed up. I never hear it on a cold start. Then at times it will randomly stop.

I think that's what my 2006 did.

So, I figured out where the noise was coming from. It’s coming from my third cat. Possibly the ceramic honeycomb is loose? How easy is it to just remove the third cat overall and just straight pipe it? Had anyone tried this?
