They work off the door switch ok and everything else works from the multifunction switch. Is it the switch and is it easy to replace? Thank

Takes maybe 10 minutes tops. That switch is known for being wonky and having issues, so I wouldn't be surprised if a new MFS solves the issue. Report back and let us know!
