What about using the stock front spreader bars and adding to them? Doing that would keep stock integrity and add A pillar through dash with bars running above and below windshield.

You are starting to catch on.

Go back to the part about diagonals creating triangles. There are none, that should not be true.

Not that you will be able to copy it, but look at pictures of offroad race cages for ideas on what they do with diagonals and why they use them to create nodes. We won't ever get there but even a few is far better than depending on just the resistance to bending that straight tubes have.

Yes it is. Around late December, early January.

When going through the dash was there anything in the way once a hole was cut in the dash itself? Or was it a straight shot through?

I had to move the wiring harness on the driver's side and massage the vents on both sides with a heat gun. The bigger issue is getting the soft top door surrounds to work.

Because the angle right at the dash is a compound angle and it's easier to get it right by making the 2 parts and rotating since all TJs aren't identical especially ones that have been down enough trails that the owner may be thinking about a cage. My right and left sides are actually off by about 1/2" iirc.
