Colorado Spring Creek Trail Run Sunday 10/19

Rear is LSD fronts open

I'll be real honest here. The LSD in the rear can get you through the trail with assistance from others. Better would be to have some sort of lunch box locker up front to go with it. This trail is not very scenic at all. It is a long bumpy road. The obstacles all require lockers if you want to do them. The first one has a bypass that's a different route for a little bit. The other obstacles can be navigated on various lines, but you'll probably have to be dragged through a lot of it.

The trail itself isn't a ton of fun unless you're playing on the obstacles. It's just long and bumpy and tends to beat you up. There is one cool thing to see which is a mineshaft that you can get lost in.

Can you get through it? Yeah, with help. Is it fun without lockers? Not really. Just my observation and opinion after having dragged many others through. I'm willing to drag you if you still want to go, but that's up to you.

If I can bypass the majority of the locker required stuff and not have to drag line.

It would be just me and my son, and he just likes getting out there. Climbing in the rocks and recording the videos.

So you guys let me know, If I'm in

I will second the caution that Spring Creek will be a rough day without at least one locker. Even then, it will be a fight getting though the long rock garden.

You can bypass the first obstacle is all. The others have various lines that you'll have to be dragged through. It makes for a long day for those wanting to play if they are having to wait on peeps being winched. It is a long trail to be doing that a lot.

My concern would be breaking stuff from all the wheel spin and momentum needed to bash through every little bit of the hard sections.

I'm going to park at the forest service in Idaho Springs. I should be there around 8:30.
