Starting issue: not battery, alternator, loose wiring or starter (video)

In a nutshell:
When trying to start, it clicks while trying to start as if the battery is dead.
The battery checks out at 12.7 volts and it looks like a newer battery approximately 3 years old.
When started, the alternator checks out as it bumps the battery to 14.5 volts.
I tightened all the wires at the battery.
HOWEVER...
If I turn click the key rapidly it will click...click...click...then eventually start like normal.

The first thing I'd do would be to remove the battery cables and clean the terminals with a wire brush. Then if it continues go down to the starter and clean the terminals on it. (battery disconnected of course). If neither of those work I'd put my money on your starter is going bad.
