I bought my tj a couple of years ago now and have been doing bits and pieces as and when I can to fix it up. I've finally gotten through the nightmare of replacing the steering box, more specifically the nightmare of getting the pitman arm off aha.
But with the time that has passed I have lost the nut that mounts the pitman arm to the steering box, I have tried speaking to Jeep(who wanted me to spend £1000 on a new box as they don't sell the nut separately) and tried looking everywhere I can think of online, but I can't seem to find anyone who sells a replacement part, or even the specs on the nut so I can replace it at a local hardware store.
If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be really appreciate the help!
