Stickers UNDER clear coat?

So decided to try to take off some decals from this Jeep I bought but found myself removing the actual clear coat of the Jeep as I was doing so.

I believe he had put the clear coat OVER the stickers but only on the one side because the other side and back stickers came off no problem.

Any recs on how to get this fixed?? Body shop? Can’t find any threads on it for Jeep’s at least. Saw someone recommend using a dremel on a very low setting, but that’d remove the rest of the clear coat. (Last pic shows other side of car for comparison)

Seeing that the square clear sticker covering the hole at the bottom is painted over that side was repainted for some reason.

I don't know exactly what they did but I think you need matching paint. Clearcoat may also be needed. You'll probably need a body shop or someone with some experience to make it right.
