stripping bolts help

Bought some relocation brackets for the 2004 TJ.When i tried to loosen the T40 bolts bolts on the windhield stipped them right out.Now im stuck with how to get the stripped bolts out any ideas.Also why did the go wiwith these bolts instead of regular phillips heads.

Thanks all not sure if it was heat or impact driver but they came off like butter
