My LJ is my third Jeep. The first two were CJ5s and the second one was my daily driver for years. After I let it get away, I didn't have another Jeep for 30 years. I started out looking for a CJ6 this time. Then I found out about the LJ. And then I found one at a decent price that was close enough for me to go take a look at. It followed me home.
Do I regret not getting another CJ? A little, but I have as much fun in the LJ as I ever did in the CJs. It's a lot more Jeep than my old ones were and not just in wheelbase.
