Had to change the male plug on my 5 speed for the reverse lights so I decided to do a little extra wiring while at it. I ordered some really bright led lamps for reverse lights and wired them to work when I put it in reverse or when I flip a dash switch if the key is on or not. They work great for when you need a quick light when loading the Jeep. That’s a simple wiring diagram using a 12 volt relay from amazon and a switch from amazon.

Looks good.

I did something similar with the lights in my rear bumper, but I used a foglight switch from an XJ Cherokee in the panel like you did.
