Same here. I emailed them back in May and never heard back. I just sent another email and the automated response has a FAQ that says they are working through the backlog of missing trails from April 2021.
As of right now, even with all the new restrictions due to delta variant Christian is still going to school in person (which we are happy about) and thus it is going to make it difficult to make it in April 2022. Maybe he will have to come down with the new "red rock" virus the last week of April.
