That's what I think, too. Jeep sued Mahindra and as of recently they have a different grill, but before that the grill looked very similar to that picture.

Edit: I changed my mind. The Roxor's grill had 5 slanted slats (not completely straight). Additionally the grill in this picture looks like it's been chopped (maybe to be skinnier? maybe to make room for the winch hook?)
