Scooped hoods are cool - if there is something under it that needs the clearance. Stock engine? That's the ultimate mall crawler mod. To me, that's more ridiculous than the angry grill.

I actually know this abortion. Built by a shop near here for the owner’s wife. Made my skin crawl every damn time I looked at it!
