99 tj 7.5" lift all new components and nothing loose rolling stiff 35x12.50 15s @22psi. Rig still wanders!!! No drop on tcase but has new SYE and fresh Adams both ways. Like i said new everything on drivetrain also fresh damper etc etc. Alingment is spot on but caster has to be off. Hate to tweek it as pinion yadda yadda perfect with zero vibration or wobble.....she just likes to wander. I even slapped on some spacers when dropped psi to get outta the ruts and did notice it improved....BUT still wanders when it wants. Tried on diffrent surfaces including flat concreate and still...yep! So, what's your go to ° of caster for my set up as trial and error is getting old. Thanks in advance.

You didn’t mention anything about the track bar or a drop pitman arm. Do you want to post a picture of your front suspension?

New track bars front and rear....drop pitman and EVERYTHING done to suspension....EVERYTHING. Rig is sitting across town at friends shop but believe me its 110% as should be with all heavy duty and tight other then big brake kit.

Yes dropped and adjustable custom track bars

The pitman arm and track bar will need to be in alignment with one another. You’ll need an upper track bar drop mount to have the steering geometry correct (assuming you have y-link steering). If you’re rocking crossover steering you may need even more work done to have it all line up.

Also is the 7.5” of lift all Springs or a mix with spacers, body lift etc?

Pictures of the front axle/steering set up will help members give you clear insight on potential issues if your friend can send you a few.

Do not need track bar drop with adjustable track bar built for the lift.

Pictures unavailable untill monday as in friends shop across town. Everything is geometrically correct and pretty sure after researching the alingment data that caster is at 2.2 as opposed to 5.5 our 6° and I will be returning to them on monday as well.

Thank you much for your assistance

The adjustable track bar that you say is built for your lift is to re-center the axle to said rig.

Adjustable or not the angle of your track bar matching your drag link (due to your pitman drop) are now off and need to be corrected by either returning the original pitman arm or adding a drop bracket for you track bar.

Yes, correcting your caster from where it’s at now will help though may not completely eliminate all your steering woes (unless if you live with it).

Again, regarding the lift itself, is the 7.5” of it all spring or a combination?
