When I get my next set of tires would switching from 30x9.50R15 to 225x75R15 tires improve my stock Tj’s mileage?

If you haven't already compared those sizes..
That's only a 28" diameter tire.. and about an 1" narrower.. says it will spin about 40 more times a mile.. I can't see it helping your mileage but can't say for sure with all the other variables but I doubt it.
