I saw this Bumper/tire carrier/gas cans on a Jeep JK at the car wash. I talked to the guy who owned the Jeep, and he said that it was on it when he bought the Jeep. I'm trying to find out what make and model of bumper it is, and if they make it for the TJ. I would appreciate any help.

Oh man, I have no idea. Sort of looks like an OR-FAB.
 
That's an OR-Fab carrier with a separate bumper. I don't know who makes the bumper. That tire carrier is one of the best that money can (or could) buy. OR-Fab is currently out of business and has been since 7-1-16. But, for the last month their website has said "OR-Fab is reorganizing and will be reopening very soon."

So, you might be able to buy one in the near future. I sure will if they reopen again. I love that carrier and really regret not buying it when I had the chance.

That's the can version in the picture which sticks out pretty far. The non-can version is very low profile and keeps the tire close to the body.
