so I replace the new starter and right after it would and not start. it crank up and everything but would not start and someone I said it was probably your fuel pump but the fuel pump is working and it’s sending way too much gas that is started to out of the hose by where the injectors are at now I feel like it’s flooded and I also went ahead and did the sparks and wires also everything turns off for our crank my thought it is flooded. Can anyone tell me how to flood it and also I took the hoses off the carburetor and I looked down in it and there is a little bit of gas in.

First and foremost, there is no carburetor and it can't be flooded because it is fuel injected. So unless there's a lot you aren't telling us, you're way off base.

Secondly, I would start by checking the fuel pressure at the rail and reporting back with the number that you find.

Sorry I was driving so I did the speak to text And I read it back and makes no sense, fuel pump and starter are new also has new oil pressure sensor new spark plugs and wires, what I meant by flooding is that when I went to change the oil, gas and oil came out after taking plug of and it was a good amount of gas half oil ..and I meant when you open throttle body and look down into it there is like half an inch of gas in there

Sounds like a faulty fuel injector or fuel pressure regulator.

With the faulty fuel injector how would I go about diagnosing that and also the fuel pressure regulator wouldn’t that be down by the fuel pump right because the one that’s on the fuel rail I believe it’s called fuel damper. I put some new o rings and doesn’t leak from there any more

You’re right about the fuel pressure regulator. In the resources section of this site there are free FSMs that you can download. In it there should be a procedure for testing the fuel injectors.

“Injector balance test” is how you would properly test the injectors.

However, being it’s a no start, I doubt you have 6 bad injectors. More likely ASD circuit related or missing cam or crank signals.

Test for presence of 5 volts at any sensor (tps, map, etc.)
