After searching for months, I bought this Dana 44 drum brakes a few months ago but I’ve decided to go a different route.

Previous owner told me 3.73 gears and limited slip. Comes with the drums and brake pads. Also control arms and various pieces of the drums brakes assembly, I don’t think all the brake parts are there but a lot of them are. Previous owner told me the pinion seal may need to be fixed and from my inspections maybe a new brake line. I haven’t opened the diff cover yet

At this time, local pickup only. Located in Northern UT

Asking $950

Bump... priced too high? I’ve read multiple topics on this forum where they said the Dana 44 go for $800-$1200

Seems like lately prices on TJ parts, in general, have been coming down. The one exception seems to be 1/2 doors. I've sold two Dana 44s recently. One sold for $600 (needed pinion seal, outer seals, clean up and paint), while the other went for $800 (needed clean up, paint and brakes). Keep in mind that someone is going to have to rework the one you have, so I'd consider pricing it in the range I listed.
