Hey, I dont know if there's a forum or anything about this. I've searched all day and haven't found anything. I see a crazy amount of truss conversion kits for the front dana 60 but nothing for the rear. I basically wanna stay stock when it comes to control arms and everything because im not offroading. I just want to build my jeep to where I dont have to worry about going through floras hurricane seasons or mud or if I have to tow a friends boat or something.

I want to swap 05 f250 Super Duty axles front and rear, I see conversion kits for 14 bolts but I dont want that. I want the same 72" WMS and all that while maybe going long arms from a bolt on rubicon express belly pan. if possible. I know Im deep into this but im about to order these axles in the next few weeks and I want to just regear them, get wheels and tires slap them under in a weeks time and drive.

Last time it was trussed D44s😀
If you can weld and turn a wrench, your options are pretty much limitless. There’s no reason why you can’t weld TJ brackets (easily available in the aftermarket) onto any axle you want. If you want full width, one ton axles and want to do mud, deep water and tow things you might also want more motor, giant tires and more wheelbase. Have you considered and older full size truck?

3 link the front. Double triangulate the rear. Look at Clayton’s system, it is legit.

Coilovers and hydro assist.
Dont run a factory suspension with 60s.

Its really just for the road, I was planning on stretching the rear 2 inches if I have too, but It really just for the road and having clearance for hurricane season here in Florida. I want to be able to get through water on the roads and jump curbs if I have too haha. I was looking at the barnes 4wd truss kit without the triangulated uppers and idk if it'll work with he 05+ axles since I read they are 2.5" wider, but still the same 10.5 ring gear.

You can run stock suspension on the rear 10.5, but it's going to be hard to clear the diff for the rear track bar. As mentioned previously, a triangulated upper is the way to go to remove the track bar from the equation.

The biggest issue you are going to have is a rear driveshaft The 10.5 is about 3.5" longer than a Dana 44 so driveline angles are going to be real problem without stretching the rear a bunch. Also the diff cover is deeper so clearance to the gas tank is going to be an issue as well.

It's really hard to just slap in some tons. It took me a lot of fabrication and time to make it work. You never mentioned what size tire you plan to run. That will really help you decide what axles to put in.
