I need to find the cheapest and most effective way to fit these. My guess is that it's USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes. The question is, can I fit one or two inside a small flat rate box? I need to go to the post office to grab some boxes tomorrow and find out. I have so many of these hats in my closet I've collected from over the years, it should be easy to find out.
UPS and FedEx rates are all over the place, and I'd rather have one flat rate for shipping to make things easier.

No, but it means since they sent me the final design to approve today that they are now going into production.
