Those are 2 really nice looking Jeeps. Someone definitely took care of that TJ.The JK does look as good as it does in the pictures. The TJ has a few places the clear coat is coming off, 1 rust spot and a few chips that need touching up. Although if I changed both fenders along with painting the front grill and hood then it would look as good as the pictures.
That's news...last I read, back in July, you were on the hunt for a TJ...I guess the red X didn't pan out after all...post some pics of your Jeep!
I personally think you can't lose either way. TJs are by far the coolest looking Jeeps, simple to work on, and modify. JKs, on the other hand, are far more comfortable and quiet on the highway, and just as capable, if not more, in stock form off road, while not having quite so many electronic nannies as the JL. Plus, a JK can run 33s with minimal lift. I'd have both if I could.I didn’t post picture of the JK because I know this is a TJ forum. I still like the TJs and look at every one I pass and one day I may end up with one. But I have to say that this JK is fun to drive.

Lifted LJ is a good choice. You’ll love it. The hunt is on hahaI want to thank everyone for their help. I'm new to the whole Jeep experience. A year ago I never thought I'd ever want a Jeep. Bought the JK because my son has always loved the look of a Jeep. Well he didn't like driving a stick so I had to drive it for a little while and found that I love it! Bought the TJ because it's an automatic and after driving it a few times he didn't think it was as special as he had always thought it would be. So now I have 2 Jeeps. I have enjoyed both of them and have learned a lot by having 2 different Jeeps. The 2 biggest shortcomings for me is room and ride. Having 2 different Jeeps that are setup differently has let me experience some of the different factors that affect the ride. I know that it's possible to get a ride that will be more then acceptable for me. Until recently I thought the only option for more room was an unlimited 4dr Jeep and I don't like the look of the 4dr. I didn't know there was a 2dr unlimited, like I said, I'm new to Jeep.
I'm hoping to sell both the JK and the TJ because for the long term I believe the LJ will be a better fit for me. I also like the look of a raised LJ.
Since you guys have a lot more experience then me could you please give me some honest feedback on what you think each one of my Jeeps is worth? I want to get a fair price for them but also don't want it to take 6 months to sell.
The TJ does have some clear coat coming off that you can't see in the pictures. It also might still have an oil leak.

2005 TJ
In my opinion an extended 2 door JL would likely vastly outsell the new Wrangler pick up , which I think is going to be an over rated flop ....it's both a messed up jeep and a messed up truck .
both of those would kill it for me, need an auto and nothing against yellow, but I have had my yellow 81 corvette for 20 years so no more yellow.Just ran across a very clean 2006 LJ with 93k for about $11k. Comes oh so close to what I want. It’s not an automatic and it’s yellow.
