Picked up @Ephry73’s corbeau A4s and put them in last night. Comfy wonderful seats. They slide nicely & push forward, but is there anyway to get that big tumble forward in the passenger seat back?

I used the full brackets from Corbeau. Do I need to use my old OEM sliders with adapters instead ?

If I remember correctly.....,When I had Corbeau seats, I went with 97-2002 sliders and adapters.
Separating the o.e. sliders from the 2003-06 seat is a pain in the ass.

It doesn’t matter if you use the older one for the newer Jeep?

The flip forward/tumble function is in the seat base, not in the seat itself. But there's a release in the seat base that has to be released by a lever actuated cable release in the seatback for it to work, and few aftermarket seats have that release and cable. I ended up welding a piece of bar stock across the two seat catches that hold the seat in its normal position so I can reach under the seat to release it whenever I want the seat to flip/tumble forward.

nope. they bolt right into your jeep. Just keep in mind that using the tj bases with the adapter will raise the seat up about an inch.
The 1997-02 adapters come with a lever that is supposed to attach to the base for ease of the fold and tumble, but don't work well.
I would just reach under the seat ad rotate the release by hand.
Jerry's idea would also work well.

An update-
The adapter for the 03-06 worked well. There’s a lever in the back to tumble it. However it doesn’t slide the seat forward on the track like the old setup did.

If I:
1- Tilt the seat foreard
2-Slide the seat forward
3- Then hit the tumble lever

Then I accomplish the same thing the upper lever did on the old seat setup.

Second thing, it is definitely more than an inch difference. Noticeable enough for me to scratch the new bracket on the drivers side and do the adapter thing there too (it wasn’t a TERRIBLE process)
