I recently replaced both front fenders and overhauled my coolant system. However, when I finished I had this piece left over. It looks like a mount for something but I am at a loss. I had everything labeled but this. Some sort of indication would helpful thank you.

If I recall correctly it goes at the front of the fender and bolts to the grill using the lower (upper in your photo) holes. I'm going to go out on a limb and call it a grill support bracket.
Yep, that's it. I was confused why I only had one. I looked at the bottom of the old fenders and the other one is welded in.
