Upgrade Differential Covers or Install Skid Plates?

how does this attach, i see just a nose cone U clamp, any place else? is it just held tight to the bottom of the diff by this clamp?

u clamp and the bottom diff cover bolts (6 I believe). You would need to remove it to along with the cover to access the carrier.

I wish I had this picture showing my TJ but this is my YJ on the Rubicon. So for me if you do rocks then I say yes add HD Covers. Just my 2 cents

I installed the Rock Hard Hardhats. 1/2" thick and only stick out 3/8". They make one for the Dana 30 but not the Dana 35.

I tried the diff skids front and rear. Even the slight clearance lost got me hung up a lot more. Ditched them. With good covers you dont need them IMO.
