USPS Diminished Capacity

Hey @mrblaine want to give your mail carrier a surprise?

(Just one mail carrier trying to liven up another carrier's day) :ROFLMAO:

p.s. don't forget to put your flag up!!:devilish:

What’s a “Defense Cat” then?
A TTC (Tactical Throw Cat) is one of the most versatile weapons in your arsenal. However, proper procedures for effective deployment are a must. The TTC has a tri-mode warhead:

Mode 1: "Scratch and run". This is the default. No mode setting is necessary - just deploy the TTC by hurling it at the enemy's face. Very useful for obnoxious neighbors and the like.

Mode 2: "Shred". This mode is set by a sharp tug on the control handle on the aft end of the TTC, followed by the standard deployment technique. Great if some dirtbag kicks in your door in the middle of the night or similar "hard" situations.

Mode 3: "Chainsaw Massacre". Care should be used in employing this mode - and it is necessary to deploy IMMEDIATELY after setting the warhead thusly. This is done by two sharp tugs on the control handle followed by a sharp twist. Deploy immediately, premature detonations have been known to happen and the resultant friendly fire casualties aren't as uncommon as you'd like. Not suggested for anything less than a face off with Seal Team Six or similar operatives.
