I have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler TJ with a 4.0 and an automatic transmission. I'm not exactly sure how I would describe the noise I'm hearing, it's more of a vibration and its only on acceleration, as soon as I take my foot off of the gas, it goes away. I really have no idea what might cause a vibration only on acceleration so I would really appreciate it if anyone has any suggestions.

Any help with this one @Freakinatj ? I'm in the same boat. Replaced ball joints about 7k and had one side go bad already, so I'm hoping that's where my problem is. Have you checked your pinion angles too? You could also remove each driveshaft in turn to help narrow down the front or the rear driveline to help in diagnosis.
