Looking for some ideas regarding a slight vibration/rotational noise on my 05 Rubicon that starts about 35mph. It started after flat towing from SD to AZ. I’ve checked the wheel lugs, the tire conditions ( they are 245/16 Michelin street tires) and had them rotated and balanced by the tire shop, checked every U-joint for any sign of being loose, looked for foreign matter (mud) around the brakes (new BMB prior to trip), all the front linkage is new and solid, there is no play in the steering and slid the trans into neutral as the vibes happen to isolate any engine introduced noise. All check out.

I’m about to take the front shaft off and drive it just because I’m running out of ideas. There is a little play in both the front and rear diffs, but nothing that wasn’t there before. I’ve put it up on jackstands and rotated each wheel and don’t notice anything obvious.

Stock drivetrain, 2 1/2” lift,

Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
