I would buy without question. Parts are worth that. Worse could be motor, might just be solenoids ? See if sell for less, when not working hard to sell.
Control box sell for near 100 and remotes are 50+ Hard to go too far wrong. My opinion, am a Warn fan. D

The fun of taking it apart and getting running is worth something, too. And hard to beat an older Warn.
