New jeep owner here. Just put a bikini top on yesterday and a storm came. I looked this morning and there was a significant amount of water laying on the top. Is this a common occurrence or did we install incorrectly? I don’t think there is any framing needed for it.

Quadratec forgot to tell you they double as a bird bath. On the other hand just think how water didnt go into the cab. Guess you could rig up a PVC frame or bows but thats about what they do in my experiance. Im sure different brands and their material are of different quality with regard to stretch. I still say if somebody made a metal Bikini top for the CJ,YJ and TJ they'ed be flooded with sales.
Skid row sells one or you can easily fab one out of pcv.

The bestop bikini fits so much tighter with door surrounds. I just used the top portion of the door surround.
