Just landed in San Diego. God these palm trees are treated better than I am back in frigid -19* Minnesota. So many jeeps. Wish I could go to a pull n pay and take back non rusted parts lol.

Hard to beat San Diego. It's California's best city in my opinion. Way better than San Francisco or LA. And yes, lots of decent jeeps too.

Yea I've been here and to LA and I fell in love with this city so I came back ahha. Too bad my tj wouldn't pass inspection if I moved here. And the ridiculous liberal laws. But vacations are nice [emoji23][emoji1360]

I would have to agree with this assessment. Maybe not in San Diego downtown, but the county in general is awesome.
Every type of terrain I could want is within an hour or two.
In fact, I was just thinking of taking the Jeep either to Palomar Mountain for a trip up Nate Harrison Grade "road", or out to the sandstone canyons in the desert this afternoon!

I just can't live in actual cold weather anymore - it makes everything hurt.

Also, there are definitely places to get parts - a couple not too far out of downtown... Just ship them back!

Also, not much better desert camping than Anza Borrego. Anyone else see that NBC news was reporting on a study that said folks who spent a lot of time outdoors are happier and more easy going? DUH!
